Ai will continue to get stronger and better. The wealthy and the powerful will deliberately hoard the technology, use it to automate lots of jobs to make even bigger profits, all whilst cutting employment and continuing to put prices up on living necessities until we the average citizens snap and revolt. That’s why all the super rich are buying their bunkers. Civil wars will break out from rebellions, and so to try distract us from fighting them, the government will orchestrate wars all around the world to try to force us to fight each other. Eventually this will cause the complete collapse of the economy, mass hunger and poverty across the world, lots of deaths….. it’s not the AI tech you particularly have to fear. It’s the people controlling it. Ai is neutral, the people in power are not. They’ll use it for their gain, which will be at our expense.
