No, this no toddler learning to walk. This is a company that isn't ready to safely use public roads for their half-baked self-driving vehicles. Texas lawmakers and federal regulators need to act promptly and avoid human injuries and deaths. Tesla has simply not yet figured out how to do self-driving in a safe manner.
