All these ai and robotics companies utilize these foreign trade policies to have low exploitative paying workers do all the training and data collection and remote operations.
Blocking these policies would almost halt the ai bubble while also for corporations based in the US to hire locally.
While we can allow H1B be exclusive to education & research with zero non profit loopholes that allow for profit companies to collaborate with universities and research labs.
We have to obviously do more, if we are talking about rebuilding the local American working class, we need to force our employers to hire locally.
