because, to "draw" goku, an ai needs to first store thousands upon thousands of copyrighted materials of goku in a giant database ontop of also storing fan works of goku in the same database just to be sure that that's goku and goku isn't actually vegeta. then it blurs up and abstracts the images. cuts them together like a frankenstein's monster. and that's how it "draws" goku. all without crediting ANYONE for all the fanworks deliberately used to create this "drawing" of goku.
for you to draw goku, you really only have to see a few images of him. maybe use one or two as a reference. and, if you used fan works as references rather than using official material, you usually credit the artists of the artworks you used as references/inspirations. either directly or indirectly by saying something along the lines of "oh i was inspired by this one fan art made by [insert person here] of the scene where goku's kamehameha clashes with vegeta's galick gun".
