They won't be there are already less pipe fitter jobs, less need for better paid(higher up hvac tech) if using Ai diagnostic and sizing systems, also starting to hear about robotic Ai that's supposedly in the works for trench work which could essentially replace a dig crew with 1 to two people and get the same results safer and quicker.
