@vladaowo6367 this whole debate is pretty redundant and unnecessary. There are plenty of manga and comic artist that reference off to the point of tracing actual art. Chainsaw Man’s opening practically knocked off a bunch of films, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure traced off real references of high fashion editorials, Gintama also copied JJK’s exact clothes to make a parody episode. None of these examples had cited sources, it was caught by a bunch of enthusiasts.
I understand fellow fan artists’ frustrations, but I feel a lot of the hate is coming from a place of envious projection at a popular artist rather than the usage of AI itself.
