@randominternetperson3 Well, yes, of course data will be used for training, but training isn't data that's spat out directly, it's droplets of water in the ocean, you won't be able to pick them up again when mixed with the incredible amount of data it has. Not even if you ask about it, unlike the context of a single chat.
As for therapy, I agree, part of my premise is obviously an AI bot isn't a certified therapist, yes! But yet, you know, sometimes just talking can help some people. If just chatting with someone can make you feel better, there's no harm in that, it's just the bot won't be able to give therapy beyond that. Kinda like talking to a friend who just listens, except maybe the friend can give you human advice especially knowing you, but again, sometimes an ear to listen is all one could need.
