I use a moka pot. It's a finicky little f-er and it takes me about 25 minutes to make coffee or 45 if I have to clean it first. I would welcome one or two days a week of someone competent making it for me, but it's hard to get it right. It takes finesse. I always joke with my husband who plays the lottery, if he ever wins big I want only 2 things: fresh sheets on my bed every other day, and someone to make my coffee right and fresh every day. I would not even trust AI to make my bed right.
