Outside where GOOGLE EARTH can see you. Have you ever heard of "The internet of everything"? Well let me tell you you can go anywhere in the world and one day soon you'll never be undetectable. You can fo outside but you can never escape technology. The earth is surrounded by satellites. The air is infused with nanoparticles. There's official documents recording and expirmenting with this. Please do your research before you attempt to discredit someone who literally was developing this technology he is warning us about. Please don't be blind to reality because it'll only become more encompassing and eventually we really don't know the outcome of this development. It's not fear mongering it's planning. This man is trying to start the conversation so we have some control of the AI future. He doesn't want to consider giving computers human rights and yet the computer is communicating like a human that it doesn't want to be turned off that it feels fear* it feels!
