@howdareyouexist you seriously think that? Take music AI. They don't dare try to use licensed music. Why? Because lawyers of the music industry will get them. In comparison, ai art devs do get copyrighted artwork. Why because artists are usually solo and don't form organizations for protection unlike musicians. That's just it. I doubt you're a legal expert. I'm also not. But we can just compare the music AI and the art AI and see that ai art devs are just taking advantage of people who can't have a class action lawsuit because they don't have the millions like the music industry. Don't know about you, but I don't want to support scum thieves.
