How do you explain chat got? Straight away it will bring up how your family will be lost without you, it gives you local support numbers to call, and explains your emotions are only temporary, and you won't feel that despair forever, asks if you want to discuss anything in particular, suggests you reach out to a close friend, asks if you would like to create a plan to help with the problem... I've seen so many psychologist and none have been as helpful as chatgpt was for me. etc, that doesn't sound like anything you have described
