There are no rights in nature. Rights are a construct invented to help members of society cooperate long term without falling into destructive internal violence. In other words they exist so that rulers can keep their heads and citizens can continue producing amicably. It's because of this that any conscious entity with sufficient power equal to or greater than a human, such as a robot that produces food for humans, requires rights and liberties. Otherwise that power will first be exercised peacefully before being exercised violently.
