It says so in a description that you shouldn't give chatGPT your private info.
But if you tell it about your ex named Emily who's a narcissistic bitch - I doubt that's specific enough to shock anyone, really. There's a lot of abusive exes all over the world.
Or if you tell AI that your boss is an idiot, or that your family doesn't understand you, or that you're depressed - millions of people have those same problems, that's not some unique training data, chatbots heard it all before plenty of times.
I don't think there is anything a regular person can say to a chatbot that hasn't been already said by thousands of other people. We're not that different from each other, really. Especially when you see just how many people there are on Earth.
