100% agree. When chat gpt went public for the first time and people and media went absolutely nuts about Ai, how smart it is and dangerous for human bc it will get smarter than us etc. bla bla, I was on it too. But then I had to write a paper for class and research how AI models work and realized: The whole AI deal is just fucking blown up, no need to be scared of it and it’s actually not overly intelligent😂 It just seem to be when you don’t know anything about AI. And that’s the reason why people shouldn’t use it as a therapist. It will give you just generalized advices that could fit, you could as well just read horoscopes or fortune cookies😂
