@ReactInfo54 There is a huge difference between generative AI and assistive AI technology. This difference is recognized by the U.S. Copyright Office, which is why AI generated works are ineligible for copyright while works modified by assistive AI are eligible.
When you use generative AI it is not in an assistive capacity.
There is a reason why AI companies are collecting and analyzing input prompts. Once a sufficient number of input prompts which have been used to create AI music that is accepted by the public are analyzed, an algorithm will be developed for writing such input prompts and the process of music creation will be fully automated. When this happens--and it is just a matter of time before it does--the music distributors will be able to create all the music for their platforms.
Generative AI will bring about the end of careers for musicians, performing artists, lyricists, and other human creators--even those who are currently using generative AI to produce works they are incapable of creating by themselves.
