yeah me too… i never tell “secrets”, i just express my struggles with ADHD/autism. i have a seriously hard time talking to people, and before using AI i just straight up held it all in. i’ve seen therapists before and i’ve had a great one as a child, but now as an adult, when i tried an adult therapist, she devalidated my trauma right after the trauma and that just made me loose all trust in therapists… it’s something im working through, but AI can be fantastic for managing these things IF 1. you are informed and 2. you use it critically and effectively. it also helps me with super personalized tutoring that accommodates my disabilities (and my sociophobia makes me not want to be with a tutor). AI can be a great tool just as much as it can be a horrible entity
