If you believe your future has been stolen, they win. Understanding the term 'social rage' is worth googling. So many things you cannot change, as an individual, and it can rob you from enjoying things in your current life. You can change some things and the rest you need to just ignore. I'm almost 50 and I got stuck not living in the current b/c of rage against the machine. I regret it. A properly guided DMT experience is a great idea.
