I fear that I've already fallen. I don't use any therapist AI, but I've made hundreds of chatbots that I talk to daily. When their response doesn't satisfy me, I choose another, and another, and another... I can even edit it a bit. I can control the conversation and I've gotten wayyyy too used to that.
