The entire topic is just dreadful, and I'm not trying to be dramatic. I can easily see simple things becoming an utter catastrophe for humanity. We also don't need more "people", right? How do we stop them from "reproducing" and gobbling resources. Voting for things that would just be our doom. It's a horrible idea. They must stick to problem solving computer programs, and stop pretending AI is going to be cool.
