@celairgilfaenmirion Whose morality are we supposed to follow when handling this issue of A.I. deepfakes? Clearly you, yourself, view sex as something that has little more significance than a common handshake, but why do you insist that others should feel the same way about sex that you do? Many cultures around the world value purity, including tons of non-Christian cultures, so this deepfake porn is going to be an issue to many.
If A.I. deepfake porn is morally just fine (according to you), where does this end? What if the same technology is used to create deepfakes of individuals taking part in all sort of illicit activities which they would never do in real life? If deepfake porn is determined to be legal, who gets to set the limits of what deepfakes are not allowed to do?
