I think it's an individual decision. If you don't like or trust AI, don't use it. If you want to use it to actually learn - not just as a "cheat" tool - then why not? It can bring a wealth of information to you almost instantly and as long as you retain the ability to think critically and problem solve, it's just another tool in your toolbox.
