@melissaj6786 No I’m actually a US Army paratrooper. If you have felonies or a police record the local police are going to keep an eye on you, simple as that. And if you play stupid games with them and give them problems then they are gonna do the same. Especially in smaller areas where police don’t have major crime to fight so the just harass anyone with a criminal record basically because they have nothing better to do. It’s not random and there is absolutely no “algorithm” it’s just cops being cops harassing people with criminal records.
