You mean it isn’t better/smarter YET. It is advancing on a geometrical curve and the best AI isn’t even publicly available yet.
This is like social security. People knew it wasn’t going to stay solvent long before it started to fall apart. There has been doom and gloom for decades yet it hasn’t failed, so some fools think it can’t. Social Security will fail, and AI will replace almost all thinking and creative jobs.
