@shyguy_union Maybe read my comment again before replying, because I don't know what's controversial about what I said. This is a real issue that's getting annoying af. Some people claim they're artists when they don't know anything about art, which is fine anyone can be an artist if they have a passion, but then they go and call clearly artistic choices "mistakes", and then they interpret those mistakes as proofs of being an AI generated image.
I have lots of professional artist friends so I hear about this a lot. None of them ever use AI except maybe for inspo, but these days when one of their work gains a little traction on social media there's a good chance of getting a flood of comments claiming "this is AI".
And it's not just annoying, it literally fcks with their mental health, confidence, and sometimes even livelihood for obvious reasons. It's not a huge issue now but it's only getting bigger, so we should call it out.
If you're not sure that an artwork is generated by AI, don't spam "AI" under it, it's quite simple actually.
