technologies increase exponentially...and those are all safety factors that are taken into account...the more detailed google maps gets, this new 100's of information tech satellites that are being sent up over the next few years...eventually everything that humans do to survive will become automated leaving us to improve on our education, energy, infrastructure, prison systems, poverty and food, we as a race can move forward with the free time to think and experiment without the needed stress of survival becomes a great asset to solving other larger and important issues like space travel pollution and so on
