Again, you miss the point. She argues not that there is bias, but that these algorithms work with differing effectiveness across varying demographics, and that the implications of that flaw in more important fields could be disastrous. It is not that the algorithm is at fault, it is that the algorithm could be used, flaw intact, to perform operations that involve a necessity for absolute neutrality.
