Obviously, you don't work in this sort of industry. People can handle a variety of tasks in different situations verses having business(es) needing a transition to sophisticated, automated robotics that will have high initial and maintenance costs. An example, if a robot/person needs to deliver the product to destination that's unmarked by a map, upstairs, gated community, need to talk to the client, etc. only a person can handle that sort of work (in the present day).
