Perhaps if AI Tools could be 'Wielded' sort of like Clip Studio's automatic shading and could be tweaked and modified then it might be considered a tool. Sort of like how the makers of cake mix added a step in order to make people buy cake mix.
Even then, AI steals and it replaces creatives.
