if AI learns from its interactions with us, shouldn't we be treating it with the kindness and respect we treat other humans with (well, the respect we treat other humans with sometimes, at least)? Makes sense that if it learns from us and we're our best behaviour, it will imitate that. Not to be nice if it takes over, just becuase it will be more helpful.
