AI absolutely could be used to effectively replace executives and management. It won't because this is about power not "efficiency." But if you aren't convinced I can give you proof: Amazon. Amazons management is already automated. You ask a computer for time off and it decides for you. You're on the AIs clock and time tables are set by it. Businesses decisions and data driven decisions are the same thing. Is there fewer managers? No. Because under capitalism management isn't about efficiency it's about the mutual guarantee that wealth holders filter to the top. Power happens first then you move up the ladder not the other way around. That's why management is all just networking and opportunity is all just who you know and why economic failure results in failing upwards. You don't lose those connections when you lose money.
