I get tired of hearing this rubbish of most jobs will be AI soon..it’s usually from clever people who’ve never had a real job.. here’s an example try getting AI to take an HGV on a delivery day.. check the oil, water, open the side curtains, secure the load with straps, move pallets around through the day for next delivery, use a tail lift extension lead, drive in snow that’s blocking the motion sensors, open vehicle curtains by undoing 20 or so curtain straps, undo and fold away load security straps.. do this 10, 20 times a day.. head back to yard, fuel up on the way unless it’s electric then plug itself in, on and on and on.., they can’t even get a robot to walk up stairs… I could give you a thousand jobs AI can’t do. Can it put plaster board on a ceiling, can it put scaffold up, can it .. etc etc.. making an omelette or hoovering a floor won’t run the gears of the world.
