This discussion really makes you realize how incredibly ahead of his time Frank Herbert (the author of Dune) was.
In the Dune book series, A.I. became a threat to all biological beings, so the “humans” decided to make A.I. illegal/forbidden.
Frank Herbert imagined this outcome in 1965!!
