The purpose of companies is to reduce the costs to make a better profit. That's capitalism. You will have a precarious job in the future because you know that your work at some point can be made by AI... And it also becomes a motive to reduce the salary is the many contracts... You want to work here? This is what we pay, otherwise it will be AI automated.
Also, there will be prabably fewer jobs so the the market will be busted. Fewer jobs for the number of employees and that will make another excuse to reduce the salaries in offer...
