For the avoidance of doubt, neither Sponsor nor Flight Story will be liable to you or any other person for any ideas for Sponsor’s or Flight Story’s business (including, without limitation, product designs or ideas) derived from the Content and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities to the Content that may appear in any future products or services of Sponsor or Flight Story.
