The rise of AI will proportion all wants that humans require through the State and circumnavigate the free market. We are moving towards authoritarian control and the removal of individual human rights above the collective. We see the future of this in China and as that power consolidates itself and emerges as the dominant world power, the rest of the world will battle to compete. Authoritarianism will be the default position as it will create wealth and remove corruption. Freedom will be a distant memory fo the past. Should AI superceed the State and control it, then that is truly when humanity is doomed. There will be no way back.
