An innocent man gets framed for murder...whom AI deems a probable risk to others, so it decides to take care of the problem. Photos, videos, voices can be deep faked by AI. Even DNA tests aren't safe because the Mass Spectrometer is run by computer. So, AI frames a man for murder.
For that matter, anyone smart enough to use such a defense will be able to get away with murder.
