All fired? Ok, then the AI companies making the big money pay not only the lost wages but the moral damage! What’s progress? Causing massive unemployment? And even if you give people the so-called “UBI”, do you think you have solved people’s problems?? No, you have solve partially only one problem but have created a thousand, very dangerous ones!!! Progress is not uncontrolled technology: it’s making life better, safer for everyone. That’s clearly not the case. AI as it is now is going to throw people back to middle age, where a few noble people kept masses enslaved and helpless.
