Why does this remind me of the Doctor Who, Daleks. A substantial flaw, the inability to deal with stairs.
Also, spray paint the camera, blind its visual sensors.
A cable, rope or shoelace, tie up one of the extruding metal side pieces and attach to something heavy nearby.
