The Academy Award goes to the AI (which one was this??) - mimicy is not sentience, even if it is perfected...and sadly we can't really distinguish between them once at some point...
@4:00 His analogy is deeply flawed here if each neuron is not conscious... and it also assumes that our brain creates our minds, and not the other way around (which would be philosophical idealism's position, even though not as easily intuitive, it has a lot goind for it, look it up...) and it ignores the amazing non-neuron structres are brain HAS TO HAVE...like the wetness, fluids, air, blood, etc...too simplistic in the end.
