I think that people are going to be better at a lot of stuff for quite a while, but I can see that people will roll out AI in a lot of cases to save money.
Just take customer service as a recent example for me. The first line now is usually an online bot, but they are pretty rubbish right now as with the exception of someone like Google who has invested so heavily in using it for their search function, most companies cannot invest at this level, so most customer service bots are very limited in what they can understand and the type of customer service they deliver as a result.
