I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment about AI art, but I have to disagree with the misuse the word "talent" here. Anyone can be an artist, plain and simple. Anyone can draw, paint, write, drum, sing, or throw shit at a wall. What it takes to make the end result look/sound good is a little bit of talent and a whole lot of a thing called skill. When you see a masterful piece of art, what brought that to life was skill. Talent is what you start with and yes, some people have more talent for art than others, but ANYONE can become a great artist with enough time, effort, and development of the skill. Could take months, years, decades.
