ArtedIngenio has been doing this for years at this point. He's a rage baiting troll who just incites anger and responses so he can harvest views and get Twitter payouts. He blows up occasionally for saying something stupid like this because people have to one-up him and most his posts are "you're dumb for hating AI art" stuff like what's displayed in the latter half of the video. He's not sincere in anything, he's just harvesting drama for profit. He's somehow more fake than the images he generates.
