Yes, as AGI breaks into the public domain, people will naturally be replaced by AI. However, I believe the biggest issue is how humans are already giving up their God given human agency to Alien Intelligences. How long will it be before humans loose their agency due to intellectual atrophy?
May I suggest that the current generation of teenagers are the leading edge of the AI induced human agency atrophy. Within a very few short years humans will be slaves to that which they serve, a host of Alien Intelligences. The tragic irony of this enslavement is that the generation currently being enslaved truly believe this is freedom. May God help us all.
