That last one is a pretty good example of why it's _extremely_ important that you read your reports after using AI to draft them. I'm personally not a huge fan of using them in general. I personally prefer writing everything down by hand and then typing it into a computer so I know what's in there is correct, but my job has started using them for our SOAP notes. It's pretty much just a speech to text kind of thing that takes the information it hears and organizes it so that inputting notes can be done a lot faster (the one we use. I assume the law enforcement one works in a similar way, but it's analyzing footage instead of just audio so I'm sure there's even more ways that it can cause mistakes). I have been pretty impressed by how accurate it has been with everything, but I still read over every thing that's put in before finishing it so I can make sure there's no errors. I just don't trust it to not pick up random things in the background or misunderstand one word for another word (hypothyroidism vs hyperthyroidism, for example).
