Conciousness is unlimited. It extends far beyond the boundaries of time & space while Ai is limited to this physical realm.
It cannot exist independently. It may be smart, but Ai's are a reflection of the human ego. We created it, not the other way round. They consume so much energy.
For example, a large language model requires hundreds of megawatt-hours to train.
Training a model like GPT-3 consumed approximately 1,300 megawatt-hours of electricity, while its successor, GPT-4, required 50 times more power. They also require huge data centres.
Like i said, it cannot exist independently.
