The AI art programs are a bit strange, just because you tell it to remove the metal on the legs, it won't necessarily do it. Sometimes you do have to paint certain things out and then run it through the AI generator again.
And that's the thing, many times people do paint overs and edits on these images because they are not 100% perfect. You are using a tool but then also using your own skills to make up for when the tool has limitations.
