AI art could exist in only two escenarios. First, AI grows to have a will and willingly "prints" something that expresses that the AI wants to express.
Second, if "AI artist" accept that they are not artists, they are commissioners. Even if you give an specific prompt with the colours as numbers and the specific technique, you're still not doing the art. Unless you are putting exact commands pixel by pixel, like using your mouse on paint to draw in a computer. But we all know they don't care about hard work.
