I mean the key distinction is in the very name of the tools. It's GENERATIVE AI. It's generating an approximation, it's not creating from nothing. An artist with no references, no ideas of colors, and no internet connecting could still draw something with the prompts you give them. An AI program with no access to the Internet to search for the prompts cannot create anything.
