They need to figure this out because the only thing thats gonna happen is you're gonna have all these people invading and flooding certain sectors, where there's gonna be too many people doing the same job. I'm sorry, not for nothing, but I've been working with this new generation And the value is not there. They're only good for quantity, but they're not good for quality. There's no passion. There's no, will. There's no drive. I'm sorry, but working with them actually dumbs people down. They have brought the new standard of quality down to nothing but quantity. At this point, I don't want them coming into our sectors of professionalism and Dragging that down. Most of us have put not only the hours the education. Now, the hours that these children have to take are a fraction of the hours that we all as professionals had to take. That's why I say children, because they can't even be an adult enough to keep the courses as they were. We now have to grant them the privilege of only sprinkling in a couple of hours before we make them professional. That's how entitled this generation is. And that is how entitled we are making them. The discipline that us professionals have already put behind these particular sectors, and to now have it invaded by a bunch of children. That have been given, and don't know how to actually take accountability And work. I'm talking about my experience as a 40-year-old woman who has had to work with this new generation. I'm doing circles around these people. Not because I have to, but because I take pride in where I work. And not for nothing but I like to work with other fellow coworkers that also have this similar mentality. But this new generation, they not only look helpless, They act helpless. Bringing down quality into nothing but quantity and even when it comes to quantity, they're horrible at that. They need to figure it out. Stop acting like a bunch of sheep. And allowing these indians and asians on top of AI to replace them. Meanwhile, their next direction is to try to replace the rest of us professionals who have actually invested within ourselves. That actually has pride within our profession. I've already seen what a bunch of children that don't know what they're doing, can happen. I seen what being in the wrong profession can do. Just look at all the construction here in California. We can go to the millennial towers if we want to only think of the rich. I already see it happening in more than just the construction. All we're gonna have is a bunch of people ripping people off for jobs, they don't know how to do, but charging an arm in a leg. That's what you have when you throw a bunch of people who are not passionate about the profession that they're entering and know absolutely nothing. You get a multimillion dollar tower, leaning and ready to be demolished. When somebody does not care about the work or have the passion, the quality is not there. You may get quantity, but here in America we used to have quality. I'm tired looking around and the quality vanish. They need start revoking the H1B1V. They need to take the indians and the asians out and start giving these jobs back to these americans and STOP replacing them.
