I think the final product is going to be the important thing, and I think AI is going to be used to judge whether a new piece is too much like an older piece. Basically, we'll set an arbitrary line that existing art doesn't cross (I don't know, like "can only be 2% identical and 10% similar") and then use that rule to judge new pieces. Does that sound like a likely outcome?
